​Applications can be made every day of the year for TÜBİTAK's calls for bilateral cooperation programs with Germany, the United States of America, Bulgaria and Mongolia.

• Higher education institutions, training and research hospitals, public institutions and organizations, and private institutions regardless of sector and size can apply to the Calls for Research Projects that are open to continuous application. The purpose of Research Project calls is to support projects that comply with scientific principles to produce new information, make scientific interpretations or solve technological problems. • Private organizations, regardless of their sector and size, and higher education institutions, training and research hospitals, and public institutions and organizations that apply together with these private organizations can apply to the Calls for R&D and Innovation Projects that are open to continuous application. In calls for R&D and Innovation projects, projects focused on "technologically new or improved products" and "technological process innovation" are supported. For details, please click here.
