The Joint Programme on Neurodegenerative Disease Research 2025 Call for Proposals is now open for applications!
The Joint Programming Neurodegenerative Disease Research (JPND) is a structure formed by institutions that organise and manage research programmes in the field of neurodegenerative diseases in Europe. Within the scope of this initiative, project calls are launched on methods that will make neurodegenerative disease research more efficient and increase treatment capabilities.
Within this framework, JPND will support research projects under the heading ‘Health and Social Care Research Focusing on the Middle and Late Stages of Neurodegenerative Diseases’ in its 2025 international joint research project call.

Deadline for submitting Phase 2 proposals to the Call Secretariat: 24 June 2025 (12:00 CET)
TÜBİTAK will announce the final application deadline for our researchers involved in projects that are successful in the second phase of the international scientific evaluation process.
Projects submitted to the call must meet the following criteria:
Each project consortium must be formed to include coordinators from at least three and no more than six different countries participating in the call. If partners from countries that are not sufficiently represented in the project proposals are included, the number of partners forming the consortium may be increased to seven.
To ensure international balance, no more than two partners from the same country may be part of a consortium.
Research groups from countries not participating in the call, or research groups from countries participating in the call but not applying for funding, may be included in the project consortium provided they secure their own funding. The application form must specify how the funding will be secured from the start of the project.
The project duration should be a maximum of 3 years.
