Water Security for the Planet-Water4All 2025 Multinational Joint Call for Proposals is Now Open for Applications
The Water4All Partnership has launched its 2025 Joint International Call, focusing on ‘Water for the Circular Economy,’ as of 12/09/2025. The joint call aims to fund Research, Development and Innovation projects with a budget of approximately €28 million, supported by 30 countries (33 funding organisations) and the European Commission.
Research and innovation proposals submitted under the Water4All 2025 Joint International Call must address at least one of the following topics:
Contaminants in water and health risks: Prevalence, behaviour, interactions and vulnerability
Innovative tools and technologies for water quality and exposure monitoring
Policy for water treatment and exposure reduction
Important Note: The 4th heading in the 2025 call, ‘Governance, socio-economic innovation and water-health integration’, will not be supported (funded) by TÜBİTAK. You can only apply for the 3 headings mentioned above.

Project applications are two-stage, and project proposals that pass the first stage will be invited to apply for the second stage. During the first stage application process, in addition to the international application, Turkish institutions/organisations involved in the project must also submit their first stage national application electronically signed via PBS to TÜBİTAK by the specified date.
