2236-A International Experienced Researcher Mobility Support Programme (CoCirculation3) – 2025 Call Published

The 2236-A International Experienced Researcher Mobility Support Programme, carried out under the CoCirculation3 project supported by the European Commission's MSCA COFUND 2023 call, aims to bring Turkey's research and innovation ecosystem together with global talent.

Researchers supported under the programme are expected to conduct their research for 24 months at an academic or non-academic institution in Turkey under the supervision of a mentor. The programme also offers the option of an additional period of up to 12 months at a non-academic institution.

🔹 The 2025 call for applications will be open from 1 September 2025 to 1 December 2025.

🔹 Applications will be accepted online via the TYBS system.

🔹 33 researchers will be supported in 2025.

Scope of Support:

The monthly support provided to researchers under the programme is as follows.

Salary: €3,980

Family allowance: €600

Research, training and networking support: €1,000

Entrepreneurship support: €250

Host institution share: €130 (paid to the host institution).

Monthly travel support: €50 (up to a total of €1,200)

Application Requirements:

All researchers with a PhD degree are eligible to apply.

Applicants must not have spent more than 12 months in Turkey in the last 36 months.

Project topics are expected to be related to the Green Deal.
