A- Entrepreneurship Supports
Program Name: Traditional Entrepreneur Support Program
Program Objective: To ensure that new businesses established by entrepreneurs are long-lasting or permanent.
Budget: Upper limit 65.000 TL
Support Period: 1 year
Who Can Apply: Anyone who has a KOSGEB Entrepreneurship Training Participation certificate and has completed the Traditional Entrepreneur Training or Advanced Entrepreneur Training can apply.
Program Name: Advanced Entrepreneur Support Program
Purpose of the Program: The aim of this support program is to increase the chances of survival of new businesses established by entrepreneurs for specific sectors in line with the strategic priorities of our country.
Budget: Upper limit 365.000 TL
Support Period: Each performance period covers one year.
Who Can Apply: Businesses established by entrepreneurs who have completed the Advanced Entrepreneur Training and operating in the subjects specified in the Advanced Entrepreneur Program Activity Subjects Table determined by KOSGEB can apply to this program.

Program Name: Business Plan Award Support Program
Purpose of the Program: The purpose of this support program is to encourage entrepreneurs to establish and run a business in cooperation with the actors in the entrepreneurship ecosystem and to ensure that business plans / business models / business ideas that are successful as a result of entrepreneurship competitions are rewarded and put into practice.
Budget: Up to 100.000TL in total
Support Duration: Minimum 12 months, maximum 36 months
Who Can Apply: Businesses established by entrepreneurs who have completed the Advanced Entrepreneur Training and operating in the subjects specified in the Advanced Entrepreneur Program Activity Subjects Table determined by KOSGEB can apply to this program.
Program Name: Entrepreneurship Support Program
Aim of the Program: The aim of this program is to support and disseminate entrepreneurship, which is the main factor in solving economic development and employment problems, and to ensure the establishment of successful businesses.
Budget: 150.000 TL, of which 50.000 TL is non-refundable and 100.000 TL is refundable

B- R&D, P&D and Innovation Supports
Program Name: R&D, P&D and Innovation Support Program
Program Objective: To enable small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and entrepreneurs with new ideas and inventions based on science and technology to produce or improve a new product, a new process and/or a new service through research and development (R&D) and innovation projects; To enable SMEs to produce original, improved or modified new products in order to adapt to changing market demands and technological developments through product development (P&D) activities

Purpose of the Program: The purpose of the R&D and Innovation Support Program is to enable small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs with new ideas and inventions based on science and technology to produce new products, new processes, information and/or services through research and development and innovation projects to be supported.
Budget: Upper limit 750.000 TL
Support Duration: Minimum 8 months, maximum 24 months
Who Can Apply: Businesses or entrepreneurs with projects in research and development and innovation can benefit from the program.

Purpose of the Program: Closed for application as of 31.10.2019.
Program Name: SME TEKNOYATIRIM - SME Technological Product Investment Support Program
Purpose of the Program: To support investments to be made by enterprises in order to ensure the production and commercialization of products resulting from R&D/innovation activities, and the production and commercialization of products in the field of medium-high and high technology that will contribute to the current account.
Budget: Low upper limit 1.000.000 TL, medium low upper limit 5.000.000 TL
Support Duration: Minimum 8 months, maximum 24 months

Program Name: Strategic Product Support Program
Purpose of the Program: Within the scope of the Technology-Oriented Industrial Move Program carried out by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, it is to support the investment projects you will make to increase the production of high value-added products in medium-high and high-tech sectors in Turkey and products that are critical for the development of these sectors.
Budget: Upper limit 6.000.000 TL

Support Duration: Minimum 12 months, maximum 36 months

Program Name: KOBIGEL - SME Development Support Program
Purpose of the Program: In line with the national and international targets of the country, increasing the share and efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprises in the economy, increasing the competitiveness of SMEs and the added value they provide.
Budget: Non-refundable upper limit 300.000 TL, refundable upper limit 700.000 TL
Support Duration:

Program Name: International Incubator and Accelerator Support Program
Purpose of the Program: The purpose of this program is to support the establishment of an international incubation center and the participation of enterprises in acceleration programs in order for technological products whose R&D and innovation activities are carried out in our country to take place in international markets, to increase exports, and for domestic technology-intensive start-up enterprises to take part in advanced entrepreneurship ecosystems.
Budget: Upper limit for Establishment and Equipment USD 100.000 (80% non-refundable support), Upper limit for operational expenses USD 3.750.000, Upper limit for International Accelerator Program USD 60.000
Support Duration: Varies according to the program type.
Who Can Apply: Subsidiaries of universities established for this purpose and technology development zone management companies can apply alone or as a consortium.

Program Name: Foreign Market Support Program
Program Objectives: To improve the skills and capabilities of SMEs to open to foreign markets, to increase the foreign market shares of SMEs, to make SMEs actors of international competition, to increase the number of SMEs starting exports, to increase the number of SMEs starting e-commerce.
Budget: Support Upper Limit 300.000 TL (70% Non-Refundable, 30% Refundable)
Support Duration: Minimum 8 months, maximum 24 months
Who Can Apply: Businesses whose SME Information Declaration is up to date, who have kept books on the basis of balance sheet in the last approved financial year as of the application date, who have a Domestic Trademark Registration Certificate as of the application date, and who are active in the status of real or legal person defined in the Turkish Commercial Code can benefit.

D- SME Financing Supports
Program Name: SME Financing Support Program
Program Objective: To provide financial support to SMEs under favorable conditions to solve their financing problems, increase their production, quality and standards, create employment and enable them to compete at international level.
Budget: TL 1.500.000 with a non-recourse upper limit and TL 3.500.000 with a recourse upper limit
Support Duration: Minimum 12 months, maximum 36 months

E- Ä°ÅžGEM/TEKMER Program
Program Name: Ä°ÅžGEM/TEKMER Program
Purpose of the Program: The purpose of the support program is to support the establishment and operation of structures that will provide incubation services to ensure the establishment and sustainability of enterprises in line with national plans and programs through cooperation between actors in the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Budget: The upper limit of support varies.
Support Period: 5 years
Who Can Apply: For Ä°ÅžGEM; Special provincial administration, municipality, organized industrial zone (OIZ) management, chambers affiliated to the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey. At least two of the founders can apply jointly. For TEKMER; University, TDZ management company, TTO, OIZ management, Public institutions / organizations, Chambers and stock exchanges affiliated to the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, Turkish Exporters Assembly and exporters' unions affiliated to the assembly, Research and development institutes centers and foundations, cooperative associations and unions related to entrepreneurship, R&D, technology development or theme / themes, Individual participation investors and Firms (real and legal entities established according to the Turkish Commercial Code).
F- Rapid Support Program for Manufacturing Micro and Small Enterprises
Program Name: Rapid Support Program for Manufacturing Micro and Small Enterprises
Purpose of the Program: The aim of the program is to enable micro/small enterprises in the manufacturing sector affected by the Covid-19 pandemic and innovative young micro/small enterprises in the manufacturing, computer programming and scientific R&D sectors to continue their activities and maintain their employment levels.
Budget: Micro enterprises: 10.000 X 3 months = 30.000 TL (maximum) - Small enterprises: 25.000 X 3 months = 75.000 TL (maximum)
